"We are the homeowners next door. The owner of this property will not trim him shrubs and the overgrowth is awful. I have called him and left several messages. Also have sent pictures of these issues. He isn’t worried about anyone else’s property in the neighborhood."

"Vintage charm, clean, private, nice little touches here and there, pretty comfortable. Not upscale but everything you need is here. Decent beds, linens and towels, pots and pans,decent stove,washer/dryer, AC, c-fans. No dishwasher. The kitchen table is tiny. The furniture was mostly fine. Beds are very good. Very close to the highways and Gallatin. Grocery, RX, and 5 points area are minutes away and offer good eats and drinks.The yard is large and enclosed. The front shrubs could use a hard trim. The deck needs pressure treated replacement. Hazardous and slimy so wear your shoes out there. The finicky toilet should be replaced. We think the owners care and will probably read this and take note. All in all a solid three and a half. Just a bit better than OK and we did like it. We would stay here again as it is a good value."
