"Dillon was very helpful when my husband decided to make a return of some ski boots purchased at another location. There was nothing wrong with the boots he purchased; he just decided he wanted a different brand and Dillon made the return process seamless and helped order the new boots. He was very patient as my husband tried on some options and decided what he wanted. When the boots arrived and we went to pick them up, he helped make sure they were just right and used the boot molder to make sure the fit was perfect. He also helped us purchased some boots bags. "I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! I have not attempted to ski in close to 16 years but, have a work trip coming up where we will be taking the weekend to ski in The Alps. I know I couldn't use anything I had sitting at home and needed to invest in some quality gear to make the most out of this experience. I went in with zero knowledge - when I skied as a kid we threw on whatever we could find. I had only planned to get a jacket and pants but ended up walking out with a jacket, pants, gloves, a beanie, a helmet and goggles.
