"Typically I have great experiences at this lululemon, but today was not the same! I brought in my pair of align leggings ( 1 year old) that got a hole on the seam. I called before coming in to see what their policy was on this , and I was told they could ship them to their seamstress no problem. I then brought my leggings in and the worker was very rude & told me that there is no use sending these in and that I should just buy another pair. Like most people I don’t have all the money in the world to buy another pair of $100 leggings today. I wasn’t asking for a free new pair of leggings like some people do- was just hoping that the seamstress would be able to stitch up a very small hole one of the seams! I am very disappointed in this lululemon and won’t be coming back after this service ."

"I own several customer oriented businesses and I can confidently say I know how customer service. The entitlement & disrespect from the employees is disgusting. I am not sure how you continue to have the same negative reviews regarding this and keep the employees. The manger is an absolute joke. The employees do nothing and when asked for help they look at you like you are an alien."

"Absolutely appalled by the customer service I received at this location yesterday. Lulu lemon is a high-quality, expensive brand and I would expect more out of the people who run the stores. I brought in a jacket that I was gifted in December because the zipper had fallen off somehow and I could not locate it. I have had this jacket for less than 6 months and for $130.00 it should last me much longer than that. I came in and was greeted by one of the managers. I informed her of the situation and she looked me square in the face and told me that it was my issue the zipper had fallen off. She said if a seam were to rip that it’s on them, but since this was a zipper somehow it was my “personal issue” (her exact wording). I told her I was not looking for a refund, just for the jacket to be repaired or exchanged for a new one. She then went on to compare my situation to me getting a hole in my jacket and told me there was nothing they could do. I kindly asked to speak to another manager and she rolled her eyes at me and went back to find one. After waiting for some time, she comes back out and tells me they are going to quality promise the jacket and let me exchange it — with obvious disdain. I just cannot believe the attitude she displayed and the uncomfortable situation she put me through. The other employees were perfectly kind about it and said they totally understood my frustration. A loyal, paying customer should never have to go through this due to a manufacturing error especially for such a “high-quality” brand. I honestly have never even left a review on Google before, but if I owned this franchise, I would want to be made aware of this situation so that it doesn’t happen again."
