"This location needs immediate attention sad to say the manager Anna was very rude & disrespectful. Me & my family came in from another state to shop with you I found a pair of shoes with a sale tag on them & immediately ask the young man to see if my size was available. Anna comes out & tells us she can't honor that price & claims I picked up the price tag then threatened me to kick us out & call security. This should not be hopefully this gets addressed.she also shouted out I don't care where y'all from."

I have never been so disrespected and disgusted of customer service in my life over the phone and in person/store...the woman who claimed to be the “manager” Monshell and her ignorant accomplish Markus should be terminated ASAP the misinforming thieving bandits are two of the most unprofessional employees I have ever seen, it's a surprise they both even have a job. I will walk barefoot before I ever step foot in the Cool springs Champs again…if I were Chuck who they “claimed” to be the GM I would be embarrassed put them up for review and fire them both…Also I will not stop with this review I will move forward to the Better Business Bureau"

She helped us find everything we needed and sense the size we needed was out of stock, she went out of her way to order them for us and even offered to call another store in the mall to see if they were available there.
