"Customer Service at this location could do better. I arrived at the desk at 5:57 (per my iPhone) and yes that is pushing it, but don’t tell me you are closed and that you can’t help me when what I’m asking you to do would take maybe a minute…not to mention it is your job. I drove for an hour to pick up something that i bought…it is paid for and she can’t turn around walk the 10ft to get it for me? That could have been done before 6. "My wife and I were at Dillards yesterday trying to buy a dress for her but The atmosphere felt like a long time with a lot of looks and people who work there following us. I have gone to more expensive clothing stores and they don't do that than when we decided to go to pay the cashier was rude like very racist and she told us oh this dress have a different price is more expensive so we couldn’t buy the dress and we didn’t feel comfortable to bad Dillard at cool springs!!!!
