"The associate at foot locker had to be my hands in fitting my grandchildren’s school shoes 4 out of 5 of my fingers are completely numb so I had to trust the associate and my 9 year old grandson my total at foot locker that day was OVER $350.00 dollars for their two pair of shoes and now they won’t exchange the shoe is way to small and narrow monster is the problem I can understand if he grew out of them but it’s not the length it’s the width I won’t ever go back here again untrustworthy for the disabled"

"No stars for this store. The sales associate with the fake eyelashes was super rude. When I asked for help regarding their online coupons she told me “I don’t have to buy shoes from there”. When I called to get her name she hung up on me. Come to find out my kids went to the same store two days ago and ended up leaving due to the same terrible customer service as she refused to help them find shoes. Check out JDs across the way. At least their sales associates want to help customers. Awful."

"They have a wonderful staff! The lady I talked on the phone with right before Christmas was so kind and put some men's shoes on hold for me for 2 hours for me to come purchase. The item was sold out in many stores and so sweet of her to this made my Christmas for my brother to find these shoes! Not only did they have them, but they were on sale as well! They were so awesome from the phone and in person in store definitely there to help you out."
