"We've lived here for nearly 2 years and have had good experiences with all of the staff. The front desk ladies are always very kind to us. When we call for maintenance, they're usually there within a couple hours, and Ralph (the maintenance manager) is always super kind and gets the issue fixed in a timely manner. I've never noticed any issues with anyone staring us down, so not sure what that's about. We will be moving out soon because we are building a house, but otherwise wouldn't have any issues staying longer."

"Went to get my sister and the maintenance man gave me a death stare I never want to see again. I think he wrote down my license plate number as well. It seems the maintenance man does this quite often based on another review. I told my sister that’s harassment and she needs to get out as soon as possible. She agreed."

"While visiting the complex, the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming odor of marijuana in the stairwell. The second was watching the hand-to-hand drug deals from a tenant, then finding marijuana on the staircase while following behind the drug dealer up the stairs. The loud music from apartments and parked cars. The grounds appeared to be well kept but trash littered the grounds. Parking is sparse with cars blocking the roadway, especially around curves and near the dumpsters; even worse, parking on the sidewalks causing children to run into the drive lane where speed limits are a mere suggestion. The apartment I visited in no way looked like the modern versions advertised; old appliances and fixtures, creaking floors, windows that leaked air, and walls thin enough to hear all the neighbors. As I was leaving, the overgrown bush at the entrance blocked the view of traffic causing me to edge forward into the lane of oncoming traffic. This is not a place I would want to live, especially if I had children. 12/10/2020 update: I visited again and this place is even worse than before! Double, triple my concerns listed above, except they trimmed down the bush at the entrance."

"Stayed at Willow Creek for seven months. During my time Mrs Nancy and the office staff were always professional and maintenance requests were dealt with in 24 hours or less, impressive! When I left and ended the lease Mrs Nancy worked with me and made my transition super smooth. Great staff! I would live here again without a doubt."

"Resident since feb 2017 Nice and quiet community. Great location very affordable. But Too many car break ins even had someone try to steal my whole car. That alone is enough to make me want to move."
