"They keep deleting my Review of this Tindra Smith the apartment manager is committing fraud to get residents into this building then evicts you after only 3 months for a 12 month lease I paid my rent on time and in full for the 3 months I stayed at this place she fraudulently evicted me"

"Management is very friendly but the apartment came with so many problems. Within staying for 6 months my apartment flooded twice and close to the end of my stay it became very unsafe to stay there"

"I actually set an appointment up with this property to tour and rent. I received a text to confirm my appointment time the day of and confirmed. I live an hour away and drove all the way there to be stood up by the property manager, no call, no email to cancel or anything. The office was locked, lights off and I could hear my phone call going through. That in itself says a lot about renting from here. I wasted MY time. However I did get to chat with many tenants as I sat waiting. They went 3 weeks without hot water, if you aren't home by 4pm they said parking is impossible - and you will get ticketed, and that they put more time in at their other property Azur because it makes more money so if you have any problems - broken things it's impossible to get help. Out of the 5 people I spoke to, one was moving out that night to get away and the others are leaving when their leases are up. So glad they forgot my appointment to tour, there's plenty other places to rent from don't waste your time."

"Haven’t moved in yet, but the appreciation and open welcome made me feel secure & I am sold! Ms. Angelica helped me with my tour and she’s amazing! I can tell how she puts quite an effort into the building! Valentine’s Day is near and it’s festive and warm! Her aura makes you feel like you’re home. I’m hoping the property manager let her continue to rearrange and put her style and eye into the apartment decor because I can tell that her main goal is to make you feel at home! Having that special person in office that actually cares about her community is top tier! Thank you again, Ms. Angelica!"

"EXTREMELY disappointed with this apartment complex. Was promised that my partner & I could move in on our predetermined date 3/11, however, it was not ready until that Friday, 3/13. After working 10hrs each, we spent 6hrs moving into the apartment on the 4th floor only to discover roaches & bed bugs 30mins later. AT 1:30A.M. WE REPACKED OUR SAME CLOTHES FROM 6HRS PRIOR & WENT BACK TO THE APARTMENT WE ORIGINALLY CAME FROM. WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SLEEP IN OUR "NEW HOME" BEFORE HAVING TO LEAVE. Refund, refund, REFUND!!!!!!"
