"The room was ok. The towel bar broke while we were there, and the faucet leaked a little in the bathroom. The staff was fantastic! We had an issue with the guests staying in the room above us. Kids running around all hours of the night. Made sleeping difficult. The staff asked them to stop, and they did for the most part."

"This is the nicest Wingate we have ever stayed in. The place has been recently remodeled. The room and bathroom were large. The tub with shower was dated but clean. The breakfast was great with real scrambled eggs and homemade biscuits. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. This is where we will stay when we are in the Memphis area. We suggest that you do the same."

"The staff was great and honest about charges The covers for the bed was thin but the heater worked great The jacuzzi needed handrails to help you get out of the tub easily. No TV guide so you could easily buy something you didn’t want by mistake. Security was good especially considering the neighborhood. We had to leave early before breakfast so I didn’t eat any food. The hotel was being renovated, but it was still clean. So all of the accommodations were not in place"
