"My husband booked & checked us in so service I cannot speak on service other than it being easy to receive extra linens & towels… they were provided by maintenance who we caught in the hall. Upon entering & walking to our room, I noticed trash/debris on the floors. Evidently no one had cleaned up in a while. The toilet was dirty & had hair on it. The towels/ washcloths also had hair on them. Possibility from whoever cleaned the room. Nasty either way. The bed had more of this hair and the sheets were stained. The bed… disgusting. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"I needed a hotel close to Methodist University Hospital so I could be close to my dad, and this hotel was about a 6 min drive or 30 min or less, walking. Allison at the front desk was VERY helpful, and Zee had that breakfast on lock! Thank you, ladies, for your courtesy and professionalism. I enjoyed my stay."

"Front desk clerk was awesome, very helpful and apologetic but the bed bugs that greeted us...not so much. Roach crawled across bathroom wall, then when I pulled back covers, I found more friends. We checked out immediately. Old and dirty, just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I usually stay at Holiday Inn when I need somewhere quick to stay during a road trip and I've never had an issue. This experience was different. The first room was fine for a while.. until we were about to go to bed and watched a cockroach crawl across the ceiling above our bed and into the fire alarm. I told the front desk and the man was very apologetic and arranged a second room. In the second room I then looked around for bugs, looking under the bed to discover literal feces from some animal under the bed. Difficult to see clearly in the picture but it was there. When's was the last time it was cleaned and how did it even end up there? I told the front desk again, showed the picture,, and he was apologetic again. At this point I felt like I should have at least gotten a discount or compensated in some way, but didn't. To be fair, I didn't ask but it was pushing toward midnight and I had just drove 9 hours and just wanted to sleep. So I got my third room, it was on a different floor and much cleaner. Avoid this hotel. And of you must stay here, avoid the 4th floor at all costs."

"Our stay was pretty darn good. I usually don't give 5's, but it was worth it. They room was clean and in good shape. The staff friendly and did their jobs. It was a nice change to have a nice comfortable and friendly place. A last note the breakfast was good and worth it. I will stay again since I have family in Memphis."
