"I applied for these apartments $175.00 to only be denied because my background check came back with some discrepancies that weren’t accurate. After speaking with Tiffany I was never told that the fees would be non refundable as well as there would be two different fees that aren’t list when you apply. It states only an application fee. Also after reading over the credit report and background report it clearly states that management makes the decision to approve or deny However Tiffany told me that the company they run the cc/bc through makes the decision. I told Tiffany I have my Plea Agreement I can show her I was never charged with a felony but she wasn’t trying to be helpful on judging what she didn’t know or cared to understand. Laughing every time I’m asking a question to get some understanding as to why she think I’m in the position to lose $175.00. I’ve been homeless for months now thinking my bankruptcy would be the issue but it wasn’t based on my credit check I was approved. I wish more people had the decency to understand what other people go through and not judge them based on their opinion."

"People in the office is very rude, they never answer the phone and they talk over you when you're trying to report repair issues. It took 3 years of reporting my bedroom ceiling falling to get a repair. I have been trying to get someone to check my refrigerator for over a week because my kitchen is flooding and the water is getting under the flooring and seeping up every where. These people only communicate when they think your rent is late. They have sent me emails for past due rent only to have to send an apology for sending it to the wrong person. Worse ace to live if you need anything fixed."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! RISK AT YA OWN COST. This place is roached infected , nasty and unprofessional. If i could post videos i would. Do not expect the front office to be of any help , unprofessional and extremely nonchalant. My apartment was broken into 3 times before i even moved in yet nothing is done . The intruder left cigarette buds in the apartment . My fridge is roach infested with no new fridge in sight. All they did was clean it out like the roaches aren't still there. They didn't even bother cleaning all the dead roaches off the counter , when we first came to it. This place is horrible, find somewhere else."
