"These apartments are only a place to stay if you have nowhere else to go at the time ! I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE . SIMPLE ! They shoot in the day time and night time don’t care about kids playing outside or anything ."

"Reason I put down1 star evey day of night roach and bugs be in bathroom and kitchen whole room smelling like it was in a sewer now Roach are in bath room there are fat 1 in kitchen lamp and she making babies and make start get me and my mom sick and not taking full responsibility for this apparentment there are bugs every single day and night either we get bit by spider when we sleeping know one don't want keep property clean and also fix camera out side where people are getting hurt rob or put a gun to face isn't good get car stolen over night like my mom lost her wallet need police officer doing overnight time watching place her whole life in wallet and that not good now she having issue she can't take of nothing now driver license or nothing"

"I've been here for 3 years every year my lease goes up at least $100 this year they came with an water fee of $45 and pest control fee which I haven't seen anyone spray for bugs and when I questioned them about my water fee that was still on my mlgw bill they told oh it was for an outside light. On top of that I have an crazy neighbor that refuses to leave the property whom has aimed guns at the maintenance workers and recently beat an elderly lady which he's elderly also. Also my a.c doesn't work I had to buy portable units just to stay cool. Hopefully they will see this and I'll get some relief because I've placed many orders for repairs but no one listens. The only thing that ok is the price but you get what you pay for."

"I have really been looking for somewhere new to stay that's affordable and nice for me and my kids. I was a little nervous about the area but the property was nice and it made me feel comfortable as I rode around it. I went inside of the office and spoke with a worker named Seanee and she made me feel so much better. She was very informative and her knowledge of the property made me feel like this would be an excellent place to stay. This is definitely one of my top 3 properties to pick from for my new home.
