Brentwood Place Apartments

"My elderly mom moved in almost a year ago and says her time here has been great thus far. I’ve only had to put in 1 maintenance request for her and it was handle within 24hrs, so no complaints there. I did notice landscaping was not so great but has been improved within the last few months. There have also been updates to the gym on property which is nice. I did have a few questions about some things in my mom apartment which I spoke to the manager about and she was very nice about it. Overall my mom is loving her stay here, she plans to do 1 more year than hopefully I’ll be moving her into our home. So that I can better care for her."

"I've enjoyed living here. Management is great. She makes sure all needs are met. Rather it's maintenence or other issues. She has never disappointed me. I would highly recommend Brentwood if you're looking for a clean and well Managed environment."

When there is a problem that needs fixing the maintenance department is very responsive in a timely manner. The leasing agents in the front office are very kind and the property manger Jenice Weaver always greets you with a smile and is very knowledge and very competent in her role"

"Brentwood offers great amenities from the fitness center to the pool. And let's not forget about the additional storage space that is offered, which is a game changer for keeping everything organized. The office staff is very friendly and inviting."

"Brentwood Place is situated off a main road that offers easy access to several restaurants and stores. I love that covered parking is available because, in the south, the weather is so unpredictable, especially in the winter. Jenice is the current property manager and has really great energy and seems to care about her job and the property. I look forward to seeing what changes the Wogan Group brings to the community in the future."
