"Previously, I had an entire dissertation written out about the previous "Lynnfield Place" apartments. It was so bad my family had to move out due to the negligence of the previous complex owners (Roscoe Property Management) I admit that when I heard that the complex got sold for the hundredth time, I can honestly say I had no faith that the new company was going to do right by the tenants. I'm so glad to say that I was wrong. Foot entirely in mouth. A few days right before we moved out, CLK Multifamily Management took ownership over the apartments, and changes began to be made that day. It's now called "Legacy on Lynnfield". I've had to come back to the apartments to handle some loose ends, and it is so refreshing to see a leasing office staff that truly cares again. It hasn't been like this since we first moved in back in 2015. Ms. Ruby, Heather, and the gentleman with the nice beard at the front right desk (I forgot his name) are so easy to talk to and they get things done with care, which is important when it comes to your living situation. Things look like they are going up for the complex and this makes me happy for my ex-complex mates."

"I applied to the apartments in April 2022. It was a very horrible experience. I consistently received the run around of documents not being received after being approved. My leasing agent was Johnathan. I eventually requested my funds back and again received the run around until my bank requested the funds be returned. Calling corporate gets you nowhere. Based on reviews, I am thankful I decided to go with another option. Communication was horrible between the staff, and they portrayed signs of being incompetent."

"My name is Wanda and I move here because I thought this was a great place. I just spoke to a manager about my air. She claimed they put me on the list just now but they closed out my ticket to say it was fixed. I had to go buy a air conditioner for my room. The manager was so rude sitting in her car and say the don't have a corporate number. If anyone read this please don't move here. Because if you have a manager that can go home at night and let her tenants go without air is monsters. She told me she has over 40 units without Air. ***UPDATE**** IT IS NO BETTER THIS IS TEMP ON 6/30 imy apartment today it is 90 degrees. I called yesterday and maintenance said they don't fix air conditioner at night. I guess they don't in the daytime either but my lease is up and I'm moving in a week. So they can have this hot box."

"Drainage isn’t working and flooded my car! The apartment worker said there’s no chance they can fix it and is sorry about the situation. Bad management! Now I have to worry about repair or any oncoming issues! Find somewhere else to rent from!"
