Their prompt responses to any queries or concerns have been truly commendable, making us feel valued and supported. "I can honestly say from the time I moved into this apartment complex, I have experienced nothing but peace! The neighbors are very respectful and the apartment itself is very quiet. Maintenance are always on top of their job. If they aren't able to get with you that same day to fix any issues you have, they always manage to get back to you or make you their top priority within that same week(normally takes them 1-3 days to fix any issues). If it is a major issue, they come IMMEDIATELY. The leasing office reps(Shelby, Gabby, and Janice) have been the sweetest, most respectful, and most considerate people I've ever met in my entire life. They genuinely care about their residents that stay here and try to do everything they can to make you feel like this is your home. This is not a scripted or fake review. I LITERALLY meant every single word I said on this review. I even told them, if they need someone to come down to the office to vouch for them and this apartment complex, I am happy and willing to do so. That's just how much I love this apartment complex."

"I have been living here for a few weeks and so far so good! I moved from a different state and was unsure of where to rent from. I can happily say that I made the right choice! We (unfortunately) have had to put a few maintenance requests in and they were on top of it every time. To clarify, it was just things that would need to be replaced with time, it just so happens that it happened after we moved in, so it's no fault of the staff. They communicated with us when things would get done and have been very friendly and welcoming. Just as an fyi, they don't have recycling bins. I hope they will sometime in the future but for now I take mine to a recycling facility."

"We moved to this apartment from Texas and could not be happier this is the place we ended up for the short amount of time we were there. Shelby and Gabby both helped us by sending us videos of the apartment since we were unable to view it in person and they made the whole process easy and stress free. The property is kept up very well and all the residents we met were nice even making friends with most our neighbors. We were sad to leave but would recommend it to anyone especially if you are moving from another state."

This is the best apartment complex I've lived at. Shelby and Janice in the office are so kind and make living at The Edge a great experience. I've also never lived at a complex where my neighbors are so nice and friendly. I love it here!"
