"Our move in date was constantly changed. On the day we were moving in we were informed to be at the apartments at 2:30 pm but no one was in the lobby so we had to wait an hour and 30 minutes to get our keys and all other move in information. Our air hasn’t been working for days now and no one has been out to fix it yet. Now the apartments are very spacious and the floor plan is nice. We needed more space due to our newborn baby and at the time we didn’t have time to wait on anything else so we went ahead and moved in."

"We have had so many maintenance requests over last few years that have taken far too long to complete. Weeks without air conditioning, heat, hot water, etc. Big issues where we go long periods of time without being able to do dishes, clothes, take showers, etc. These are basic necessities. Not only has it taken longer than needed, there is absolutely no communication with the main office or maintenance. When there is, it has either been incorrect information (ex. We will be there to fix it tomorrow, but they never show, nor do they call to tell us why they didn’t show up), or it has taken us calling multiple time to get a response back. We are met with a bad attitude from the main office, as if our overall general discomfort is an inconvenience to them. We are having to spend more money eating out, showering at other people’s homes,, and sometimes spending the night somewhere else because we can’t be comfortable in our own home. This is unacceptable. We have been here for 5 years, and no accommodations have been made for us. Rent has gone up every year. We will not be recommending these apartments to anyone in the future and we will be leaving as soon as our current lease is up."

"I moved in Nov 10 my car was broke into dec 14 I loved the apartments at 1st but starting not to. The gates almost never work which I don’t feel secure at all anymore. Was suppose to have meeting with property manager Dec 15 no call no anything I definitely don’t think I will be renewing my lease overall the Maintenance are great"

"The office is inconsiderate of your time. You can call with a simple question and they will just leave you on hold for over 20 minutes, until you hand up. They did this to my husband and I on two separate occasions. The trash situation is gross and can be a health hazard. There would be times where the valet would miss days consecutively. There is pet feces everywhere. They don't enforce the clean after your pet fee. The smell gets really bad in the summer, which can also be a health hazard. Even with the gate, expect theft. My catalytic convertor was stolen from my car while parked in front of my apartment as well as my license plate. When i went to go talk to the front office, they just stated the office manager would give me a call back regarding the cameras. No call back was ever made. The repairs alone were over a grand. The only decent thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance team. During summers the pool is full of people who aren't even residents, or have a pool pass. Be careful during move out, they will try to charge you in anyway then can with the assumption that it will get sent to claims."

"This place is a terrible place to waste your life. Should be considered Section 8 the way it's maintained and the how the tenants treat their homes and the way they live their lives. It's infested with roaches and stray cats. Dog fecies everywhere around the grounds. Trash piles up at an enormous rate and in turn attracts more roaches and bugs. Drug deals and drug users occupy the play ground. Random people living in their cars in the parking lot. People who don't even live there pull up just to smoke their blunts outside your apartment and blast loud music until they're done an hour later and then dip until tomorrow. Sad and depressing really. I don't even want to get started on management....just don't, find somewhere else."
