"Building itself is very unkept and filthy and infested. The 5 stars are so false it’s upsetting especially about Darrell and Jacques. Very unpleasant and unfair. I’ve seen COUNTLESS amounts roaches! Mold made me sick! Not to forget the ladybug issue. Disgusting and inhumane. Beware! False reviews! Update Feb 2024. Stay Feb 2023: A. Johnson review was correct and confirmed my issues months before, here’s my pictures of the roaches I seen during my stay!"

"Ive been living here for two months now and have seen more roaches in my life time in the two months of being here! The staff is neglectful in assisting the the infestation issue. Roaches in the stairway, hallways, elevators and units! After reading the reviews im suprised they haven't been sued. I have been ill every since i've moved here and pretty sure its because of mold. I smell mold and water damage every morning when I step out of my apartment. Please beware of this complex and any own by Blue Magma !"

"My mother and law has been living here for about 3 months and her air hasn’t been working properly for almost 2 of the 3 months and she’s put in multiple work orders. In addition to that she can’t get in and out of the building because they’ve switched it to where you have to use an app on your cellphone to access the door. She’s 75 years old and doesn’t have a smartphone and now they’re saying that the only way she can get in and out of the building is to get one which is no where in the lease. She gets stuck outside the apartments all the time now and Has to wait on other residents to let her in and she pays rent just like everyone else and they’re saying there’s nothing they can do. This is a terrible safety issue that needs to be resolved immediately."

"We have been here for almost two years. The apartments are very spacious and sunny, which I liked the most. All of the staff members (Nita, Darrel and Jarques) are friendly, welcoming and welling to help. We are waiting to see our building after the full renovation! :)"
