"It just breaks my heart to hear how our beloved disabled and senior citizens are treated in this country. The management over Memphis Towers are heartlesss and is putting profits ahead of people's welfare. I bet you couldn't pay them a million dollars to live or have their LOVED ONES living i n such deplorable conditions. SMH"

"No hot water. They turn it on and off at will or not at all. There's mice infestation. The air and heat works off and on or none at all. Apartment floods, bed bug infestation.The doors are never locked, and there's no security here. The management staff is non-caring and rude. The same owners that own Serenity Towers, and Gospel Gardens, owns Memphis Towers apartments."

"The building need to be cleaned and sprayed. Going to my dad house makes me want to cry. The conditions they have to live in is horrible. The lady that's at the security desk is very rude. Housing Authority need to make sure the disabled and elderly people are taken care of properly. The mold,the smell, the elevators work sometimes. It's an awful living condition for anyone there."

"This a message up place to live at when you are in a wheelchair Living on a the 6th floor because on 02/06/2020 the one elevator we have that run would not stop on my floor yesterday .then we have a property manager here she are very rule to us and also we should have brought elevator running at all the time just because I could get really sick here and need to go the hospital but they can't get to the 6thfloor because we might not had no elevator working at that time that are not safe for us at all. I pay my rent every month with no problems but we have to stay in my apartment when only one elevator run some time because it might been done broke down. I Been here for 12yrs now every since I Been living here we always had a problem with the with elevator."
