"My AC has been out for 35 days and we are about to have the hottest week thus far. I have to call for updates and the property management company never answers the phone nor email. My family has and is suffering tremendously. First the ladder, then the part and now both while keeping in mind I've had issues with my AC over a year. I also made steps to try and get this repaired before it got to this point. Really don't feel like they are being truthful with me about what's going on. I'm so tired at this point and now I have to figure out where my family and I will stay during the hottest week of the year. Said part is my rent was paid for both months I've gone without air. Shame on you all for thinking this is okay."
