"First and foremost the apartment is great. For a single young professional this apartment is exactly what you want. Upgraded appliances, W/D in unit, central air (and it holds the air incredibly well, saves a lot of money), and the complex is very nice as well. Honestly, it's better than most apartments I've seen downtown, but for a better price, in a great neighborhood and a $7 uber ride from Beale Street. On top of that, the management staff is quick to respond and always accommodating. It's hard to find any real issue I had during my time living here."

"Good location- that is it. We need a sign and a spotlight near the drive to help prevent accidents and help deliveries find us. Dogs run around without leashes and the courtyard is used as a dog park including by various non residents. Dog feces can be found around the premise. The hallways are gross and for those of us without pets, we have to deal with unsanitary stairwells and dog feces collection points outside near walkways. Why is it not near the fence? Please put in recycling bins and be socially responsible. Please clean up the rubble on the way to the parking too. My husband and I have had enough!"

"My first apartment in a new city and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Management was on time and quick with repair requests, not a whole lot of bugs, recently renovated, and fantastic new appliances to boot! My two big problems would be that the apartment wasn't cleaned after renovations, so I had to clean up on move in day. And the other would be that you can hear just about every footstep if you're on the first floor. Overall, great location to do just about everything in Memphis and never once did I feel unsafe being at this apartment. Iman and the rest of management, keep up the good work!"
