"Mail boxes keep getting broke into, need more effective security and cameras. Rent is fair and the places are decent for the money, maintenance is often slow to get around to things. Overall it's not the best place I lived but not the worst. It's okay for a stepping stone but not somewhere to call home forever."

"4 bedroom Apartment is big but the maintenance staff isn't good about coming to fix your stuff even if it's an emergency, they come&say they are coming back&never do. You have to talk to the manager or owner to get quick results."
