"I lived at the Madison Midtown for a little under two years, and I really enjoyed my time there. I used to walk to Pho Binh (RIP) all the time, and the apartments are a close drive to The Square shops & restaurants. I saw K. Michelle at Minglewood and it was the easiest walk to a concert I’ve ever had. Demarius Green is the building manager and he could not have been a nicer person to deal with. Extremely accommodating and reasonable. He was also my neighbor! I will miss Memphis and my apartment at the Madison."

"As I lie awake listening to the pounding vibrations of the club next door at 1am, I can’t wait for my time to end at Madison Midtown. Mainly I am angry that they didn’t warn me about the music from the club until 2am. Then, when I reached out to them, they offered to lease me a unit further away, but pay more. They really should have warned me and given me a discount. Also, they don’t answer the phone ever and respond to emails at their leisure. They also make you pay for “valet “ trash. It sounds nice but be prepared to remove the trash yourself with no obvious place to take it. If you work third shift, this is the place for you! Grab it!"

"Absolute nightmare complex to live in. Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you - Consistently asking residents to post a good review in exchange for a prize. The commission they make from these reviews should be the least of their worries. One star is generous for this complex. As a summary, you pay a “luxury” price living in absolute shambles. Biggest concern is no security. Constant car break-ins + stolen vehicles every week. Glass in the parking lot is considered “normal” at this point. Next to a nightclub that is so loud 7 days a week. I can hardly hear my TV over the music. Had a leak in the ceiling and after the contractors fixed the sheet rock, the ONE maintenance guy went through my apartment and used my cleaning supplies to clean up after the contractors. My apartment was left a total disaster and my things were ruined from the dried sheet rock. When I brought it to his attention, instead of an apology, I was told, “Your things were left out, so I used them..” I have a camera in my apartment and still is not a reason to violate someone’s space. Work orders have been left unresolved for 3+ WEEKS. Had a bug infestation for an entire five months during the summer. Naturally when it got cold outside, there were no more. The next summer, the same bug infestation came back. Was given the run around that they were gnats when I stated otherwise that they were grainbeetles. It wasn't until after I moved out that they finally admitted to the bug problem and I was correct. Leasing office and management office completely worthless."

"Madison Midtown Apartments is literally one of the best apartment in town. The complex has everything I need and the location is perfect. The application process was definitely easier compared to other apartments in Memphis and I love how all the staff members are always making sure we have everything we need. My lease agent DeMarius was so helpful and made my move in process really smooth. He is such a great and funny person and I always have a good time talking to him. Highly recommend."
