Holiday Inn & Suites Memphis Southeast-Germantown, an IHG Hotel

"Awful. Won't answer the phone, or if they do, they just place you on hold - and never come back. Told us the wrong shuttle stop at the airport, and by the time they corrected it, the van had already left us, costing us 45 mins. Rude customer service when we finally DID arrive. Profoundly bad. If there was a "zero star" option, I would've chosen that."

"What can I say.... well this place is amazing the rooms are awesome the staff is wonderful the local is perfect what else can I say.... lol. This is the best hotel I have literally ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot belive me. I most definitely wholly recommend this hotel. Stamp approved!!!!!!"

"The ladies, Christy, Cynthia, and Sharee are excellent examples of great customer service!!! They're very welcoming and exhaust everything to accommodate you. I'd also like to add the housekeeping lady that was on the 3rd floor during our stay(Dec.14-19, 2023 African American woman). She was just as sweet too! They went above and beyond our 1st stay so I had to return. Anytime im here in Memphis, this is where me and my husband will stay. The rooms are VERY clean and spacious. The added security to needing your room key to get to your room and the cars are inside of the fence(key as well). This place has a bar/restaurant. Go check out Ms/Mrs Sharee for the best southern hospitality. This location rocks."

"We stayed at this hotel on December 1st and were woken up in the night by law enforcement that 20 plus vehicles were broken into in the (gated) parking lot. Thankfully ours was not one of them, however I would not suggest staying here due to safety. Memphis itself is not safe. No security in the parking lot. Seems odd that in a gated lot this many vehicles were broken into before anyone noted such activity. This may have been a crime assisted by either a guest or employee. I will say the room was nice and clean. Do not stay here."
