"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The lady when we checked in was extremely rude. Our top sheet and pillow had DRIED URINE all over them!! When I called the front desk to complain, I was told that housekeeping only comes every THREE days and I could BRING MY SHEETS DOWNSTAIRS MYSELF and get another set of sheets. They also made us bring down our old towels in order to get new towels. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with even worse customer service and management. Do NOT waste your money to sleep in a dirty bed with someone else’s PEE all over it! Absolutely disgusting"
"One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Period. We were told there was a fully functional and heated pool on site plus complimentary hot breakfast which was the main deciding factors for our choice in this hotel. When we arrived we asked the counter staff what time breakfast started and was instructed 7-10. Wake up at 8:30 to head to breakfast just to find out it’s closing in 30 min. And the proper hours for the day were 6-9. The breakfast included nothing near what the desk had instructed. Pool was cold and manager said the heater isn’t working. Their solution to this issue was “if you want to swim the hotel next door is allowing us to use their pool and you can walk over” keep in mind it’s 35 degrees out. I’m not sending my kids out for a walk with a wet head and trunks in 35 weather. Also my kids found dirty hair products on the ground as they were playing. Hair tie, hair clips and a few other gross things. Bathroom had mold on the walls. At the end of this all management including the gm would do is refund me 50% of my stay."
"This was really the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The Rooms were not clean upon check-in like they should be. The staff member said they only clean the rooms every 3 days, seriously? People are in and out of those rooms 24/7 that’s unsanitary. They had bad stains on the carpet and chairs. Staff were really nice and the location was good because your close to shopping centers and restaurants but other than that, it’s not a great place to stay. You have to pay your money all at once to book the rooms but they only clean every 3 day. Never again"
"We were only here for a night. The hotel room was filthy with bad stains on the sofa and chair. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The towels they provided had stains on them. To top it off there was a roach in the iron board closet. Made us feel bad that we paid to stay in a filthy place. All the issues makes most of the room unusable. The shower did not have pressure, we had an early start and this made it worse. When brands like Marriott want to differentiate and price a room a certain tier, at least do the bare minimum and provide what was paid for. This hotel spoils everything Marriott stands for."
"I was surprised by my experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. However, it was one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever been in from the in room experience. I heard vacuum cleaners and loud conversations in the hall starting at 7 am, and cars starting outside in the parking lot might as well have been in my room. All this and I was on the top floor at the end of the hall. There was no comp breakfast - rather, a coffee shop in the lobby with prices like $9.50 for a small cup of oatmeal (which took over 20 minutes to arrive even though there was no one in line before me when I ordered). There were too many unhappy surprises. I’ll never stay here again and caution anyone who is thinking about staying here."
