"This was the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The staff told me it was $360.01 For the week and that was tax included. When my husband got there, they charged him for a double room and they didn’t even call us to tell us. They called us the day before but they never said nothing about the fact that they had no single rooms. Very unprofessional!!! No stars!!!!!!"

"This hotel receives a great review from me because of Tamika and Marco and Mike! The owner does not support his staff. The things that get done here are because of the three listed. Ownership should really do a better job taking care of his people, the tenants, and guest. He needs to upgrade the appearance of the property and answer when reports are made for stoves to be fixed. He does not seem to operate as a person who loves all the people who keep this business afloat. I pray the heavenly father provides what these people need no matter what it cost the owner."

"Only 2 dryers are working in a hotel that's full. I went to the desk & no response. The certificate is expired . The one I put money into didn't work and I called the 500 number for assistance and never got any. I'm on a non-smoking floor but you can clearly smell the some and it's so strong it sets off the smoke alarm. If u call the number on the lobby it goes unanswered and if it's not an emergency it's a 10.00 fee The one that didn't have a sign on it wasn't working and I couldn't get money back. This is the last time going in there. I'd rather go outside the building to another place to wash. It's to high and not enough working machines for all of the guest"

"Was treated with the most up scale respect, little overboard with wearing a mask but understandable with COVID disease. Felt safe which is so important with crime these days. Everyone including maintenance genuinely treated us well. Thank you. Thought our stay was to be longer but my husband's job changes often. Sad to leave but hopefully Tamika, maintenance along with the security staff get recognized for a job well done."
