"Actually had the nerve to charge $100 per night, which would have been fine considering it's July 4th weekend, BUT roaches raided my room (208) once we came in with food!!!!! "Power outage 2 hours after paying $99 plus $5. Management was very rude and hardly could understand anything I was saying. I have children and unfortunately our heat went out so we came here. However, I was told it's city wide and no refund. That is not how a business owner responds. I'm certain most big companies have generators so I'm confused to why this hotel is without power. I told him my kids are cold and he didn't seem to care. Now that's another $99 to go to elsewhere. Which is ridiculous and uncalled for. Not to mention the rooms are not worth anything near $99. The towels were dirty"
