"The hotel is beautiful without a doubt. Rooms are homey and give the feeling of a dorm room in my opinion. However, the customer service is wayyyyy below standard. Honestly, staff are kind but simply not attentive to needs of patrons. None of the "easier options" for obtaining service were functional. For instance, I was unable to have my car properly valeted the entire time there. No one to valet my car upon arrival (any time I got back to the hotel) and no one to retrieve my car when attempting to leave. Valet is the ONLY option so there was no alternative and they charge $33/nt for the service. At one point the valet brought me someone else's car and gave me their keys. Dangerous! They also have a text line option to request additional services from your room. It took 8 hours for me to get a response in which I requested a second washcloth as they had only supplied me with one for a 3 day/2 night stay and I had already left the hotel for the day. When I mentioned it to the front desk, she offered to add points to my Hyatt account. I didn't have one so she created one but that's not very helpful if I won't be returning."

"I really enjoyed this hotel! I had a sweet view of the river and an easy 10 min walk to the Grizzlies' arena. It being a couple blocks off the core of Beale St was perfect! Close enough so it was easily accessible but not so close that you get all the noise of it. They're dog friendly too!"

"Nice modern Hotel. The staff was really nice, sadly the barkeeper couldn't serve drinks with vodka at 9pm anymore, because there was no key for the reserves. The rooms are comfy and have a nice design. The door handle in the bathroom was a bit loose, but totally fine working."

"Great location connected to the Hyatt Centric hotel located very close to the activities on Beale Street. Really enjoyed the modern industrial look to this hotel that was smartly connected to the building's history. Staff was very friendly and helpful but we did have a couple issues getting placed in the correct room but it was eventually resolved. The bed was very comfortable in the room and noise from other rooms was non-existent. Furnishings were nice and the rooms were clean. Balcony views of the water were really enjoyable as well. Constructive comments I can make were on the elevator (it seemed very slow?) and the connecting restaurant, while visually was beautiful, needs improvements with food quality and options. I would consider returning to this location again next time I visit Memphis."

"Stayed here for a night for business. The staff I interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable! They have payed breakfast options including coffees that were perfect to start the day. Location is right in the city if you are visiting for fun so I would recommend."
