"Me, my wife and my mother-in-law were in the store Labor Day Monday to look for a full-massage chair. We tried all of the massage chairs for always 1 hour with other office chairs. We found Sherry to be very knowledgeable, patient and informative of all of the products we tested. Excellent customer service. No hard sale pitch at all. It's extremely difficult to find this kind of Person to Person service these days at any retail settings. We definitely will come back for some office chairs very soon. Also, we might consider 1 of the full massage reclining chairs just because of her service. "The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. Spent some time trying out a few different styles. They seem to have good warranty offerings (including extended) for the massage chairs. I didn’t try out but wasn’t impressed by the desk chairs (pricing seemed high for what they were). I would definitely give them a look if you’re in the market."
