"I mostly only do pickup with this vons but I have a great experience almost every time. Shockingly it takes about 30 minutes to a max of an hour for my pickup order to be ready from ordering pretty much everytime (about 10-20 items). Really awesome as a mom with young children. Unlike target across the street where I might be waiting 2-4 hours for my pickup order to be ready."

"They sell beverages but give hard time to customers recycling the bottles with them. Once I brought 40 and was told there was a maximum so that I was not able to get bottle refund for all of them. But when I called to ask for clarification what is the current maximum to make sure I follow their rule, the manager named Sandra told me she doesn’t know. So obviously it’s up to the customer service staff whoever wants to give customer hard time doing recycling."

"Unfortunately, the customer service at this store has plummeted. More notably in the Self Check out area. Numerous times, when the machine does not work or recognize discounts/rewards, the workers automatically assume the customer is at fault. Tons of assumptions of things you "did not do" or "should have done" as to why the discounts or rewards don't work. Then, they try it their way, and it still doesn't work. No apologies or anything. They brush you off to the regular checkout lanes and sometimes even there it does not work. Managers that help with the transaction tend to also have the same attitude unfortunately. Curious what ALDI will be like when it opens up in the near future."

"This Vons can be very busy. Only been here a few times but parking can be tough. The store seems clean overall and well-stocked. There are only 4 self-checkout kiosks."
