"Literally got to the store when it was closing. The guy would not let me in, even though he saw me running up to the door which he just locked. The last customer saw me running as well and even said “that’s messed up that they wouldn’t let you in”… I used G Rated language. I know that there is set store hours but, for me it’s the lack of even coming to the door, and then looking at me like “oh well”. My usual 5-11 store is in Oceanside, but I will NOT be coming to the San Diego store again. This experience has turned me off of 5-11 for a while. To the crew that was inside, looking at me like… “sucks to be you” as I had my hands in a praying gesture… think about customer service and being understanding."
"This is an awesome place for almost everything tactical. The bags are great, and the clothes and shoes are comfy and durable. Customer service is top notch between their knowledge and helpfulness. People complain about their price, and I get that, but I have yet to find anything comparable in quality and design at a lower cost. The only issue is the parking lot isn’t ideal with the gym and that weed shop next door."
"This place is decent for tactical clothes and supplies. If you are looking for hiking shoes, backpacks, knifes, flashlights etc. this place has a decent selection. They also have a good selection of coats, flannels, and clothes for outdoor needs."
