"Extensive luggage and backpack options but more importantly they're wizards at fixing bags. Brought my duffel bag in that had a huge rip along the top zipper. I was leaving the next day for a trip and was in a rush so I didn't expect them to get to it that day but they ended up coming through for me. Don't be like me and bring your stuff in last min though lol def will be coming back soon when my luggage needs an upgrade."
"This review is long overdue. I took the leap and bought a Briggs and Riley roller bag from a popular suitcase retailer in Mission Valley for a hefty sum. Within no time one of the wheels began to grind. For whatever reason every time I called the store I purchased it from I could never get through. Needing my bag fixed for my next trip I called Index Urban. They got me in immediately and repaired my broken wheel. Such amazing Customer Service! While I was waiting for my wheel, i asked about monograming my bag. Without hesitation, he offered to do it right then for free! Amazing!!! I would recommend this store front to anybody needing travel accessories or repairs. A++"

"EXCELLENT AND QUICK SERVICE FOR LUGGAGE REPAIR. I have two pieces of Eagle Creek brand luggage. They have outstanding quality in their construction. I've had them for almost 15 years (and taken them all over the world). One in a while the handles get wobbly and the wheels break apart, but they have a lifetime warranty. I brought them to Index Urban on a Friday afternoon and they mailed them to me in Arizona, after repair. I had them back by the next Tuesday. Repaired as good as new within 3 days. I will definitely use this repair facility again!"
