"I had a decent experience. I heard of them through special events when they would help with styling hair for weddings, so I decided to try a hair cut as well. I think they are very talented in various areas like styling hair, lashes, facials, but I wasn't too fond of my haircut. It was honestly a quick chop and didn't seem like the person cutting my hair really cared much. Initially it was uneven because they went straight across without trying to even it out, so I thought asking for layers might have helped. Unfortunately, the layers were poorly done as well. Regardless, the people who worked there were still nice"

"When I moved to Kentucky, I still drove back 4 hours every 6 weeks just so Amy could do my hair! I did this for 2 years! Fortunately, my husband came to his senses and we live in Memphis again, but I cannot imagine anyone else touching my hair - I'm obsessed with the way she does extensions. She is truly the best and I cannot recommend her enough! We're going on at least a decade together and hopefully we have about 5 more!"

"This Salon/Amy SAVED my hair! The first picture is of a girl (absolutely not affiliated with Taylorwood) who promised she could do hand tied extensions. When I left my appointment from the first picture, I was in tears. I thought my hair was ruined. My expectations weren’t super high to begin with, so to leave with the worst thing possible was really disheartening. Obviously the color isn’t correct, terribly blended, and a whole other heap of problems. Then I reached out to Amy at Taylorwood, and I cannot rave about her and the salon enough. Amy did not know me prior, and I sent her a picture of my hair and she immediately, IMMEDIATELY took care of me. She made me feel calm, reassured that everything was going to be okay, and had nothing but pure professionalism. She got me in as quickly as possible, and I now have the hair of my DREAMS. I feel like princess ariel walking around now. I am so so thankful for Amy and Taylorwood, I feel beautiful, and they have a client for life. I highly recommend them, 10/10!"
