"A few weekends ago, I took my 15 year old daughter here to get her nose pierced. This was her 1st experience in this type of setting & I feel terribly guilty for being unable to remember the lady’s name who pierced her nose! She thoroughly explained to my daughter how it works, what to expect, step by step, and was very careful with her & so kind to her! This type of customer service is never forgotten!"
"My husband and I visited the tattoo shop for a couple of small tattoos. Unfortunately, about three weeks after getting them, I noticed that my tattoo didn't quite turn out as expected – it had missing ink and the line work appeared shaky. When I reached out to the artist(Adrian)to discuss this, I was met with a response that surprised me. Rather than taking any responsibility or accountability, the artist shifted the blame onto the aftercare routine. I made sure to explain that my aftercare was proper and that the situation had no bearing on why the tattoo didn't heal well. In response, the artist seemed to circle back to asserting that the issue was my own. In my opinion, it would have been more appropriate for the artist to acknowledge the concern and consider a way to make things right, rather than immediately placing blame on the customer. Overall, I was disappointed with the handling of the situation and the lack of willingness to ensure customer satisfaction."
