"Today, I unfortunately experienced unprofessional and unethical customer service from the girl with blonde type hair at the front desk. I wanted to get a price on a tattoo today, and the receptionist told me to send a photo via email. She mentioned I could stay and send it if I like. Therefore, I did just that. However, a middle-aged White Lady came in with no picture or idea of what she wanted and was provided top-notch customer service. I am not saying that the receptionist was racist, but I do find it unethical and unprofessional to provide better service to a person of the same race as opposed to a person who was there before that person of the same race with the same inquiry. I left due to the amateurish and racist type of customer service of this establishment."
"We got my 10-year-old's ears pierced here and it was an incredibly smooth experience. Very nice piercer who clearly had experience with nervous kids and exuded a lovely, calm energy."
"Very welcoming LGBTQ+ community there which I really appreciated. I got 2 tattoos done by Eric (one being a coverup) and they turned out sick. Here are the tattoos about a week or 2 after getting them done. I also got some piercing jewelry from them and the afternoon piercer was also a super cool guy. Also, despite negative reviews, this place was as clean as can be. Literally the cleanest piercing room I have ever seen. I mean it was seriously doctor level. Tattoo artists are also always cleanly and they use and change their gloves and supplies."
