"If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I grew up going to Wal-Mart since I could remember and yeah it can be an interesting place, but in all my 20+ years I have never really had a problem with customer service at Wal-Mart until this one specifically. I don't really write reviews, but I was absolutely disgusted with how I was treated at this place. I was sick for a whole week and could not go out because well, I don't particularly think going out with a 102 degree fever is smart. I originally ordered some groceries for delivery and sat outside on the benches with my mask on, waiting for their arrival once I got the notification. There was not a single person that I saw that attempted any of the doors to my apartment complex and 10 minutes later I got a notification that they cancelled the order and would "try again later" because of "delivery issues". Not even 5 minutes after that, they cancelled it outright. Not a big deal, I know my apartment complex is difficult to get into, so I ordered for a pick-up, to which online it said it was available for pick up until 10pm. I finally felt good enough to walk, let alone drive 20 minutes to this store at 8:45pm. I got into the pick-up parking spot at 9:15pm and went into the app to state that I was at my lot because I called the number on the pick-up sign 2 times and nobody picked up. Side note: there were 5 cars in the pick-up spots receiving their orders when I pulled in (I saw an employee come out 3 times with pick-up orders). I got a notification that "a team member will be with you shortly" promptly after I put in that I was there, and I waited until 9:55pm- over 30 minutes of sitting in the spot, sick and wanting my groceries that I needed since I finally had an appetite in a few days. Nothing. I go inside at that point and talk to a nice team member who led me to her Coach. Here is where things got frustrating. I explained my situation, what with the delivery being a bust and now not being able to get my pick-up order since it was almost 10pm. I told her I had been sitting there for over 30 minutes now (at that point 45) with nothing. And she had the audacity to tell me to my face "no you weren't, we have been watching the cameras, no one was in the lot." I used to work at Wal-Mart, and I know nobody checks the cameras, but I didn't want to start anything, and at that point she made one of her employees assist me I guess because she was tired of me. We get to the pick-up area and the cage is locked, and not a single person, not the team leads, none of the coaches, had the code to the lock for me to get my order, or someone probably did somewhere but they didn't care enough to figure it out. The person who was doing the pick-up orders had the code, and she left far before her shift was even over because I noticed she hadn't come back out past 15 minutes that I sat there waiting. I don't care if I sound like a Karen, or the fact that you don't care if you lost one measly customer. I am never shopping here again, and I hope you guys can learn to treat customers with respect and do your job."

"Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. While traveling for work I made the mistake of using this location to pick up a medication. Drew the pharmacy tech and the female tech were completely useless and rude. Drew even tried intimidation tactics. Honestly just laughable. The female tech directed me to step aside even when I explained the provider had phoned the prescription in. My provider had called my prescription in 6 hours earlier verifiable by the time stamp and the pharmacy had not processed the prescription. The tech did not even try to verify what I had just told her. Eric the store manger was behind the counter at the pharmacy after I was told to step aside. I then attempted to call my provider. I stated the name of the location and asked Eric to confirm. He mumbled a low yea as if he really did not want to answer. He literally tried to walk away as I approached. I waited 45 minutes for one common medication that had been submitted over 6 hours earlier. I would not recommend this location for any reason food or pharmacy. The store manager is just as rude as his staff and the leadership direction is clear. I am grateful I do not live in this area and depend upon this store and the staff I encountered for any of my daily needs. Regional leadership intervention is needed."

"The shelves are getting bare. Each time I go, there are fewer items on the shelves"

"Well I'm a disabled veteran,so I ordered a portable heater on line because I truly needed it. I arrived at the store around 2:30 this afternoon and they haven't brought out my package yet. It's unbelievable while I sit and watch employees help other guests that have arrived after me. It heartbreaking. I will never order curbside pickup again from this store"

"The absolute worst store for pickup and delivery orders. These employees have zero empathy for the customer and will throw anything in your order, including broken eggs and rotten produce, that’s IF anything makes it in at all. It’s so unfortunate for the people in the area who can’t make it to another store or rely on delivery due to disability, etc. This has been happening for years, but I gave them another chance after the remodel recently. Clearly nothing has changed for the better. Photos: rotting produce, wrong produce, the eggs that survived and what you don’t see, the items that were missing altogether."
