A Nail

"I went to this facility last week and the quality of my nails & toes were about 8/10. The service was nothing spectacular. But, the thing that got me was the price. They are WAY overpriced for what I got. Then the prices that she gave me didn’t match the board they had hung up, so I believe that they price things however they want to & that’s not fair."

"I have been going to this A Nail for months. This was my last time here. I was very unpleased with the service and with the woman that was there that day on 7-06-19. I came in for the dip and powder on my natural nails and polish change on my toes. The man there polished my toes but the woman drilled the dip off my nails. The rest of the polish she put aluminum foil on my nails and let them soak in acetone I guess. Once the polish was off she then begin to put clear polish on my nails and let them dip. She was very rude and impatient. She yanked my hand several times and squeezed my fingers as she was dipping my nails. Once she got done dipping she aggressively turn the fan on and told me to put my hands by the fan. From my understanding, the dip automatically dries once used under the uv light. After my nails was used under the fan, she put some more clear polish on my nails and had me go and sit under the dryer. I ask her why wasn't she using the light. She ignored me. So, I sat under the dryer for about 10 minutes and my nails was very sticky. She then told me I was done and she put oil around my cuticles. I told her I wasn't dry and that the nails are sticky. She told me to come sit down. She then stated she doesn't know why it didn't dry. I told her my hands had been under the dryer for at least 10 minutes the whole time. She yanked my hand and drilled off some of the dip/powder, put some clear polish on my nails, and then put my hand under the uv light for 45 seconds. She did the other hand the same way. She then told me I am finished. I said have a good one and left. I knew by time I made it to my car this was the last time I am doing business with them."

"HORRIBLE! I went in on a Monday to get my nails done, (manicure & Dip Powder) the manicure consisted of her putting my nails in rm temp. water & rubbed my hands with some stinky oil! I wasn't very pleased after the dip, needless to say I came back Wednesday after several nails cracked & they were coming up around the cuticles! Today is Monday (1wk later) I've had one nail completely done over (Saturday) & 2 more that are chipped & coming up around the cuticles again! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER REFER!"

"Flies Flying around, stale color selection. Very rude employee told my daughter to "hurry and pick a color l don't have time". I had half of a pedi going and decided to end the rest of my services. Find a better shop!"
