"After reading several reviews, I tried them once along with one follow-up visit. Renee seems very knowledgeable and pleasant. I later wondered she is the only aesthetician and maybe the front office overbooks the calendar beyond capacity to allow adequate time for and between the various types of appointments. The first time I waited 1.5 hours, while they sent a new staff member in to chat with me. She was very nice yet in hindsight realized this was to keep me occupied between promises to be seen soon. As a result, I was late returning to work for a meeting I'd mentioned up front and to each person I encountered, which was stressful. I had also originally scheduled the consult for two purposes, one being weight management which was never addressed (although discussed with the nice lady distracting me from the wait). They insist on a follow-up visit for the service I received, noting I've had the same service multiple times in past other offices in 10+ years before moving here and never had to do that. I waited approximately 40 minutes for the follow-up visit before leaving without being seen, sharing above with the front desk individual (who was very nice) on my way out and offering the now-twice extended delays weren't workable with my calendar. This came after asking a couple of times for an estimated time frame to be seen with promises 'she should be right in...another five minutes', etc. Perhaps this is okay for clients with less of a schedule, and I'm good with being behind a few minutes, even 5-10, because things happen. Yet I juggle a busy career such that two similar instances demonstrated De La Belle wasn't a good fit for me. I hope they find ways to better manage their bookings, as Renee otherwise gave a great treatment and was reasonably priced for service provided."

"The Best! I had the Derive hair treatment, Katie was very thorough and personable! She took her time with my treatment, was educated on the products and gave me great tips. (it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep) this is my second treatment and I have already noticed new hair growth in my crown and temple area!
