"I’m from California and visited the store in Memphis to purchase a short unit due to the sweltering heat . The staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is you can’t try on the units. The pandemic is over and wig shop owners have kept the “no try on wig” practice because it saves them money, but it is unfair to the customer. Some beauty supply stores also do the same in California."
"I have not been inside of a hair & beauty supply store in ages. Whenever I did go,, this was my store of choice. The friendly staff, open air feeling of it and huge selections always were strong inticers. But not this time. The store has been remodeled. They've expanded the hair extensions area. But to get to that area,, don't suffer from claustrophobia because you will feel suffocated as you walk in. The entryway is tight with tall shelves that are all fully stocked. The aisles are tight and heaven please help if more than one person is on the aisle at the same time! I was just in awe of the closed in feeling. I only needed a rat tail comb and brush and that was ALL I purchased. Nothing else made me want to spend more time or money! The staff is still friendly and don't hover as much but it's too tight for my taste!"
