"Today, I faced discrimination, and I want to share my experience. I won't return to this store. I visited to buy leave-in conditioner, eco styler gel, and a satin hair bonnet for my child. Unfortunately, my shopping wasn't pleasant as I felt highly uncomfortable throughout the store. Wondering why? A slender male, around 5'8", trailed me on every aisle, making it obvious he suspected me of theft. Each time our eyes met, he continued following me. The discomfort was so intense that I considered putting my purchases back and leaving. What's baffling is that I frequently shopped here during the summer without such issues. The difference? My appearance. During summer visits, I wore a wig and business casual attire. Today, in comfy sweats and a Columbia fleece, I felt targeted based on my appearance and skin color. I won't shop here again and will discourage others. It's disheartening that outsiders can establish businesses in our communities and treat us as criminals, undermining our humanity. I urge everyone to reconsider supporting such businesses."

I will Never spend another dime in this Store. Take your beauty supply store to Germantown or Collierville and see what kind of money you make. Why the hell did you put this beauty supply in Frayser if you think all black people do is steal ????"
