"The lady who runs the store is thorough and helpful. She did the piercing quickly and without missing a beat. We had a great experience and even got free earrings for a YEAR!!"

"My daughter has had her ears pierced multiple times through Claire's. Each time something has happened and she ends up having to take the earrings out. This time, we just paid $75 for hello kitty earings and now, they're broken. The kitty head just popped off while she was trying to loosen the earrings. They don't make the backs as long as they used to and when her ear swells it cuts off her circulation. its ridiculous to pay so much multiple times just for the same thing to keep happening."

"I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today. I wanted to compliment the sweet young lady that pierced her ears. Clearly Claire’s is understaffed. She was super busy, trying to check out customers, and do piercings. Claire’s needs to give her a raise! She was awesome!"

"Two people at work. One young lady has to do the piercings and be the cashier. The other lady restocking earrings. You can see the store is getting busy and she's not helping at all. She continues to stock earrings. Came in with my child for a piercing. We were here way longer than we should have been, all because the other lady refuse to help."

"They were super busy but hey it was a Saturday and the lady that was doing the piercings was also running the cash register so I commend her cause she was knocking it out one by one. Today was my daughter first time getting her ears pierced and the lady was so caring and quick at the same time. She was never rude and very sweet. The way she ran that store she deserves some time off with pay. I didn't get her name but if her boss see this. This was on June 25th at 3:00 that was my appointment. She had braids and I think a little green in the braids. She was awesome"
