"We have used this service before and were very satisfied. However, our most recent experience was disappointing. We needed to have our oven door repaired and made an appointment, but never received a confirmation. After texting them, the time was finally arranged. The repairman took our oven door apart and placed the parts on the island. He said he needed to go get a part but would return around 3:00 to complete the job. We still hadn't heard from him after 6:00, so we called the company. Finally, he showed up after 7:00. He reassembled the door, but left a glass panel out, so he had to redo it. I was disappointed with the lack of communication for this service and felt like the repairman didn't really know what he was doing."
"Tim Karieva is a professional appliance repair technician. He’s thorough, explaining the problem and what’s needed to fix it. The fridge had not been used for a few months and had developed mold. Tim told me what to buy to clean the mold, but he also showed me how to remove the drawers to clean the fridge. I am appreciative of his knowledge and concern to help me clean the mold."

"We had our Thanksgiving turkey in the oven when we realized the oven was dead! The igniter had died in our 19 year old Kenmore oven. A Speedmates technician was at our door in fifteen minutes and had the oven working in less than a half hour. We felt very blessed that our Thanksgiving feast was saved and the technician even gave us a Veteran's discount! Thank you, Speedmates!!!!!"
