"Not the most customer friendly place! We asked for help and the lady at the front desk told me she’d try to find someone because they only had one person on the sales floor. She never checked back to tell us she was still waiting to see if someone could help us. We just smiled and waited patiently. Another employee asked us if we needed to help. She prefaced by saying that she has an appointment already scheduled. I told her politely that we already knew what we wanted. “Oh,” she got up and walked over. We pointed out what we selected and she explained that she could order it and have it delivered next Wednesday. After the transaction, all we got was a quick thank you and she turned back to chit chat with the lady at the front desk. We purchased from here in the past and this will be our last time here. We have more upgrades to do and I’m sure other stores will be appt to receive our business.!"
