"We've been shopping at H&M for a while now, and although most of the shopping experience has been decent, there is one issue that needs to be addressed. There is a new woman who claims to be a manager, but she has consistently been rude, not only to us but also to other customers. This store should be a small getaway for people to come and enjoy their time off. However, the manager, Kealani, has shown great rudeness towards both me and my 11-year-old son. As customers, we have the right to complain, and it is your duty as a manager to listen to customers' complaints and resolve them."

"they always have their fitting rooms closed. have their fitting rooms closed even now 2 yrs since the pandemic started! when i gave feed back to the woman working there ( who claimed to be manager) that i have to buy and take clothes to other stores to try and how ridiculous that is, she was totally rude and told me not to complaint about something she has no control over! you shouldn't be manager if you cannot hear customer complaints/ feedback to improve shopping experience. extremely unpleasant: rude service! stay away. maybe this store is trying yo detract customers and ensure loses so they put such rude people upfront!"
"Large H&M with lots to offer for the whole family! Great deals with lots of people working. Things seem to be well organize and they have plenty of sizes! The teen or younger area seems to have darker lighting and upstairs for us Matured women; let’s just say “I can see”. Lol. The guy in the dressing room was very nice and well mannered. I felt safe and respected at this location and would definitely Come again."
"Great store! Good quality clothes and cheap prices. H&M is my go-to place for clothes shopping. Whether you want something cute and innocent, or bold and outstanding. However, the staff here aren’t the best, and one of the fitting room ladies are a bit arrogant. Other than that, I love the brand itself!"
