"They relaxed my natural hair without my knowledge and didn't have the decency to neutralize it out. Now I have to start my natural hair journey all over after 10+ years. Oh and my scalp is very sensitive since this happened. The hair on the wall is after the first shampoo and the hair in my hand is after the second shampoo. I had to go buy a neutralizing shampoo to get the relaxer smell out of my hair."

"Got a blow out two weeks ago. While the lady was blow drying my hair the brush she used was pulling all my hair out. It was falling on my shirt an all over hers. Washed my hair an it is coming out in clumps my texture is gone an my hair is thinned out. I have been natural for 2 years an never has this happened. This is a horrible place to go get your hair done!!!"

"I come here to get my hair done. Every so often. The staff is nice. They do a good job getting your hair done. Make sure you come early if to you don't have a lot of time. It's gets busy in there. Tuesdays free conditioner"
