Queen Nails

"They can’t get their pricing the same…… I got a fill with French tip and toes polished 2 weeks ago and spent $45 and I left a $10 tip. Today I come in and I was charged $70 without a tip. So a French tip cost an extra $30? A regular fill in with gel polish is posted at $25. If the price went up just say that but every time I come in the different techs charge me something different that’s not posted and I try not to argue cause I don’t like causing a scene."

"First time customer. Elina did my pedicure she was amazing. I didn't care for the gentlemen who did my nails. I hate for one person to start work and then not finish just to go and work on someone. I called before arriving requesting him and he didn't complete the work."

"I must say, they are on point with the lashes and brows! I drive all the way from Olive Branch because I haven't found anybody else on that side of town that does as good a job than they do. I've also had a wonderful pedicure here."

"Absolutely horrible. Lol, like you would have to see this shi… they can’t polish, they can’t make straight nails or tips.. you would think with a license they would have too tier service, they too aggressive and rude, they bathroom funky and filthy soon as they open which means they don’t clean it. The older lady used the same pair of gloves on 3 different clients. I am truly disgusted & I am making a call to state board and reporting all of this after this review. I will never visit this place again. They deserve - 0 stars."

"Definitely was not worth the 80 bucks I spent for GEL mani and pedi!! This is cheap shellac! Also, didn't get all my dry skin nor the old polish! Not to mention, I was an out-of-towner so I just had to take it as a loss!"
