"NEVER had a bad experience with the tire doctor UNTIL NOW. The black women at the front with blonde and black braids need to reevaluate her customer service standards. She clearly can’t hold nor keep up with a conversation. Even when the words spoken were put in the simplest way. I tried to get her to understand that one of my tires were flat after I just got them all filled. Yet, she didn’t want to take the time out her day to HELP ME determine which one it was. Lol keep in mind y’all she on the clock and I offered to help. She told me she’ll just give me air and when my tire light pop back on to come back.. like excuse me? I live far from this location why would I drive all the way back here to get my tire replaced when we can just figure it out now. Isn’t that what I’m paying for? A service? She told me mid conversation goodbye, have a good day. She got mad because she couldn’t understand what I was trying to explain to her because she kept cutting me off. Then had the audacity to dismiss me. If you read this please seek help in customer service. You demonstrated not only how unprofessional you are but also how easily angered you can get. Don’t give this man’s business a bad reputation because you want to be lazy and negative."
