"While moving cross-country on November 5th, 2024 we ended up with a flat tire on my vehicle one morning which was sure to put us hours behind schedule on an already difficult trip. This Firestone handled the flat tire with professionalism and courtesy that I couldn't have expected even on a slow day. They were working short-staffed and went out of their way to accommodate us and get us on their way. Absolutely cannot express my gratitude for the crew that day and will be following up with a call to the store manager to let him know how wonderfully the team that day treated us. If I could give 6/5 stars I would."

"Grabbed an amazingly fast four wheel alignment. The woman at the front desk was polite and professional. So far it seems everything up front is officially nice and tight. Way better than the initial alignment at the Jackson location. Scheduling the appointment by phone went nice and smoothly and so did check in and check out. Kind of feel the invoice mailed should should portray closer the services I asked to be done."
