"I’ll never attempt to fill a prescription at this pharmacy again. My child is sick and needs his medicine. After the prescription was sent I waited about an hour and went in to get it. It was closed for lunch and opened at 2:00, so I waited. They verified my child’s prescription was sent and I specifically asked if it would be filled today. The pharmacy person said it would be then informed to wait for a text. Hours have passed. I called to check the status and the automated system doesn’t have any prescription . Once someone was reached they informed they don’t have the medicines (a common antibiotic and a common cough syrup) in stock and it would be 1 to 3 days before they would have it. Nice, they didn’t bother to let me know anything until I called. My child is sick and needs the medicine, hence the prescription from the doctor. I was able to get the prescription filled another Walgreens. I had to call and get the ball rolling on this with no assistance from them. This is not the first time I’ve experienced terrible service from them. I went for a tooth extraction and had to get a prescription filled for pain medicine, not a narcotic. The day after the prescription was sent to them, again, they don’t have that medicine and it will be delayed until they can order / receive it. I don’t believe they don’t have the medicine. I believe they are uncaring and don’t want to do their job, I’ve gone there for over 15 years for various prescriptions and never had these issues until now. Live and learn. If you want to get the prescriptions you need in a timely manner, go anywhere but here. Unless you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy getting treated rudely and with disregard. If you don’t mind waiting for days in pain or sick needing critical medicine, this is the place for you. I’d give them 0 stars if I could."

"This Pharmacy is the worst. Please save your time and energy and drive the extra distance for a better experience. The pharmacy staff is rude and your prescription will not be ready at the expected time frame they give you. I wish I read the reviews first before sending my medication here. I will gladly go to CVS down the street next time instead of dealing with these people."

"Leslie was very helpful helping me look for my items and was patient. Even when there's was a lot of people needing help she got to me in a timely manner. She was very sweet and a good asset to this company."

"I have been a loyal customer with Walgreens for over 20+ years. This specific Walgreens pharmacy is terrible! The pharmacy staff at this location is BEYOND rude and ghetto! 1. Every time I call I'm greeted with a nasty stank attitude and rushed off the phone. 2. The drive thru never opens on time. 3. The lead pharmacist Val becomes bothered by questions and is emotionally unstable. She refused to refill my prescription and cancelled me out of their system because "I was working her nerves". This woman has no professionalism and is a disgrace to the entire brand. I have filed two complaints on this woman and nothing has been done. I have never been treated this poorly by Walgreens in my life! My doctor even called and spoke to her and she was rude and nasty with him. I drove 8 miles to a different Walgreens and they were sweet as pie! Walgreens, be the best and please take action."

"I want to document the time because I couldn’t see her name tag, but whoever was working the register at 9:15pm on Thursday 8/3/23 is HORRIBLE! She is standing there with earbuds in talking on the phone to someone, not even looking customers in the eye. There is another girl who works at this location who is absolutely amazing and unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she does an amazing job. I’ve seen her running two registers at once to get people taken care of quickly. Fire whoever is working tonight because clearly their social life is more important than paying their bills and give the other girl a raise. A BIG one. I come to this location quite often and the only time I get in and out at a decent pace is when the other girl is working. Pay attention to the people who EARN their paycheck. Then give them the paycheck of the people who don’t care."
