"Went to buy clothes here and wanted to return some items I didn’t have the receipt but called customer service in advanced to see if I can do a return they said yes they can look it up by the debt card I used. When I walked in I was told the opposite and said I can only exchange and I said well customer service told me something different and he just looked lost and repeated that only exchanges. So customer service tells me one thing and the store tells me another. It’s really aggravating"
"The pieces here are on trend and affordable. The quality of the garments is superb. I like the denim, it's as good a a pair of Levi's. The jewelry is nice, I have earrings that are still holding up and haven't tarnished. I'm not comfortable using fitting room, as it's UNISEX with curtains."

I had to ask her how to look up the member information, I had to ask my total since she mumbled it the first time, and she said nothing when she handed me my cash just turned around. Extremely unprofessional attitude like if you don’t like dealing with customers get a different job"
