"ATT: Dillards branch manager. Jermill (manager)came out to tell lies. I was returning James Avery charms. They would only do store credit. After talking to jermill. He said no James Avery was going to return them because they were bought at Dillard's. Lie! James Avery did take them back . The whole experience from buying a bunch of charms and them only caring about commission instead of customer service is really rude . To returning the four charms I didn't give out for Christmas Was horrible. The 20 year old manager you have only tells me you weren't able to give your old manager a raise . And now we as customers pay for it . I truly hope you go out of business Dillard's is running the whole experience of going to the mall . Dillard's @deerbrook mall Your place is a perfect fit for a FLASH MOB..."

"The staff in the store are either racist or discriminate. This was my experience in the customer service department. I had my boyfriend buy me a gift and a young Hispanic women and older black women in the customer service desk, did not allow me to return it and said I needed to provide the Dillard’s credit card in order to return it back. However, my partner-who is Caucasian had no problem returning the gift and they even told him that he didn’t need to have the Dillard’s credit card with him In order to return the perfum and t shirt. I wish I have gotten their names to cal them out . I will make a note the next time I come back"

"Zero stars. Please... if you have Allergies, Asthma, any lung disease, or autoimmune... DO NOT GO HERE. Walked in, immediately smelled MOLD. Vents and ceilings have mold. Since my husband needed clothes for a new job, I had to put on a mask, in order to stay there. So incredibly disappointed. I used to respect Dillard's. No longer. At least not this location."

"I came to the store to attempt to do some shopping but I was followed around by a constable racial profiling me in the men’s department followed me around the whole time. I ask the staff for help but they all was acting odd like they never seen a black person before receive no help."
